EazyGain Tech ("we", "us", or "our") operates this website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) when you use our site or place an order.

Order Information: Products purchased, order number, payment status, delivery status.
Payment Information: Processed securely via our payment partners (Boost, FPX Online Banking, Google Pay, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet). We do not store full card numbers or e-wallet credentials on our servers.
Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, time on site, and cookie identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Process and fulfil orders (including handing off to logistics partners Lalamove and J&T Express).
- Send order confirmations and delivery updates via WhatsApp or email.
- Improve our website, product selection, and customer service.
- Run advertising and remarketing campaigns (see Section 4).
- Comply with Malaysian legal and tax obligations.
3. Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags) for:

- Logistics: Lalamove (KL/Selangor instant delivery), J&T Express (West Malaysia standard courier)
- Payments: Boost, FPX, Google Pay, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet processors
- Platform: SHOPLINE (e-commerce platform provider)
- Advertising: Meta Platforms, TikTok (as described in Section 4)
- Authorities: Where required by Malaysian law
Note on Cross-Border Processing: Some of our service providers (including SHOPLINE, Meta, and TikTok) may process personal data outside Malaysia. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with PDPA requirements for such transfers.
6. Data Security
We use SSL encryption and standard organisational measures to protect your data. No internet transmission is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights (PDPA Malaysia)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent for marketing or non-essential processing
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention duties)

8. Data Retention
We retain order and customer data for 7 years to meet Malaysian tax and audit requirements. Marketing and analytics data (cookies, pixel events) is retained for up to 24 months or until you withdraw consent, whichever is earlier.
