EASY WAY 26 ENTERPRISE ("we", "us", or "our") operates this website (EazyGain / Easygain). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. General Conditions
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this site.
You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose or violate any laws of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including suspicion of fraudulent activity.

2. Company Information
EASY WAY 26 ENTERPRISE is a Malaysia-registered enterprise (SSM: 202503333641). We sell trending Chinese snacks and beverages, fulfilled from our Kuala Lumpur fulfilment point in cooperation with Rongjing Supermarket.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and EXCLUDE shipping unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We may limit quantities per household, cancel orders, or prohibit sales to dealers/resellers at our sole discretion.
Product images are for reference only; actual packaging, flavor mix, and specifications may vary by batch and stock.
While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are entirely error-free.

4. Payment & Billing
We accept: Boost · FPX (Online Banking) · Google Pay · GrabPay · Touch 'n Go eWallet.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information for all purchases.
In case of payment failure or suspected fraud, we may cancel your order and notify you via email or phone.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Lalamove (KL & Selangor): same-day / next working day, freight RM10–16 by zone.
Normal Courier (West Malaysia): dispatched within 3 working days, freight calculated by weight.
All bundle prices EXCLUDE shipping; final freight is shown at checkout.
Due to haze, heavy rain, or courier capacity, delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your designated address.

6. Bundles, Flavors & Returns
All combo/bundle boxes are sold as a complete set. No split returns, no partial refunds, no single-item replacement.
Flavors are assigned by warehouse stock; random flavors dispatched, no custom flavor requests.
Food items cannot be returned once opened, partially consumed, or improperly stored after delivery.
Valid returns only for: defective, spoiled/expired on arrival, wrong item shipped, or materially damaged package.
"Don't like the taste / flavor / size" is not a valid return reason.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error originated from us.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations) is the property of EASY WAY 26 ENTERPRISE and is protected by Malaysian copyright and intellectual property laws. No portion may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or exploited without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, EASY WAY 26 ENTERPRISE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via site banner or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
