EASY WAY 26 ENTERPRISE​ is committed to delivering your favorite snacks quickly and reliably from our local warehouse. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver exclusively within Klang Valley, covering Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. We do not ship to other states in Malaysia or internationally.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days​ (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order is on its way.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Delivery usually occurs within 7 business days​ after order confirmation. While we strive for faster delivery, actual transit times may vary depending on your specific location, courier conditions, and peak seasons (e.g., festive periods).

4. Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping: Available for orders RM49 and above​ within our delivery zone.

• Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of RM5.00​ applies to orders below RM49.

  Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout. No hidden charges will be applied.

5. Packaging & Food Safety

We use secure, food-grade packaging to ensure your snacks remain fresh and intact during transit. As we deal with food products, we take extra care in sealing and handling your orders.

6. Delivery Issues & After-Sales Support

• Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Damaged Parcels: If you receive a parcel with obvious external damage, please take a photo and contact us immediately at eazygaintech@gmail.com.

• Missing Items: If you find any items missing from your sealed parcel, notify us within 48 hours​ of delivery for verification and resolution.
